We understand through various shopping research reports and possibly our own buying habits, that the way we buy has changed. That’s a given. I stumbled across this TEDx video with Devora Rogers from the US-based organisation INMAR Commerce Networks.
The concept of a ‘journey’ buyers make is something I’ve been working with for years. However it’s been in the context of software and business processes generally with research done by Siebel Systems, OnTarget, Oracle, salesforce.com and similar organisations.
I saw this video as a somewhat independent third-party voice that brings extra detail to the buyer’s journey discussion.
